Rachel Kibrit
CEO
Specialist in international business development and internationalization of companies. Founded Sterna Internationalization Boutique to design international expansion strategies for companies and organizations. Previously, she worked for the Brazilian and British governments in strategic roles to attract international investments. Among her biggest clients are the Santos Port Authority, Natura, XP Investimentos, Magnesita, Gympass and BRF.
Graduated in International Relations from FACAMP, with a postgraduate degree in Business and Project Management from FIA and an MBA from INSPER.
Sara Zimmermann
International Marketing Specialist
Marketing and communication, strategic planning, digital marketing, sales and project management, events and market intelligence professional with over 12 years of experience. Undergraduate and MBA teacher, master student in administration/digital marketing at USP/Esalq, MBA in project management at ESAMC, postgraduate in marketing management and digital marketing at Georgetown University, strategic marketing extension course at Harvard and inbound marketing certification (Hubspot) , graduate in business administration and marketing at ESAMC.
Pedro Moraes
Lawyer
Pedro has acted as an in house lawyer for the past five years, assisting international investments and transnational incorporation, with focus on consulting and litigation in the business and civil areas. Pedro is majored in law at Mackenzie Presbyterian University. He has followed a "master 1" at Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines University. He was awarded with a scholarship by Santanter for a summer program at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He has pursued an LL.M at São Paulo's Catholic University and followed courses in taxation and labor liabilities, both at the Superior School of São Paulo's State Bar Association.

Retired in July 2017 as Income Tax Officer - Ministry of Treasury - Brazil. Worked 23 years in Customs and Internal Taxes. General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Taxes, Financial Forecasts, Auditing, Data Analysis. Graduated in Accounting and Business Management, with specialization in Finance and Marketing.
